A practical call journey

A caller gets a useful next step. Your team stays in control.

Voxstitch answers incoming calls using the business details and responses your team has approved. It can gather request details for staff review and follow a configured escalation or fallback path when a person needs to step in.

The text demo is a separate experience; it does not place or simulate a phone call.

From ring to resolution path

The call follows the rules your team sets.

Routine questions, appointment requests, and calls that need a person can each have a different next step.

  1. 01 / 03

A call reaches your configured route

Keep the business number callers already know. Your phone service forwards calls to the Voxstitch destination you set up.

  2. 02 / 03

    Voxstitch answers from approved details

Business context, hours, and answers your team has approved shape routine responses. Questions outside that information follow your call policy.

  3. 03 / 03

The caller gets a clear next step

Depending on the request and your setup, Voxstitch can collect details for staff review or follow a human escalation path.

Appointment request

A request is ready for staff review.

Voxstitch can gather the configured request details and a way to reach the caller. Your team reviews availability and confirms the appointment; the request itself is not a booking.

Human escalation

A person can take over when the route allows.

Transfer depends on the connected phone provider and its verified configuration. If a transfer is unavailable, the configured fallback applies; an immediate human response is not guaranteed.

A guided setup

Review the details before calls go live.

Your team sets the business context and call policy, connects its number, and confirms the provider route before activating answering.

  1. Step 01

    Add your business context

Set up business details, hours, common questions, and the answers your team wants callers to hear.

  2. Step 02

    Choose request and fallback details

Configure what information to collect, when a person should review a call, and what to do when an answer or transfer is unavailable.

  3. Step 03

    Connect and confirm your number

Use the forwarding destination with your phone service, then place a coordinated call to confirm the route and configured call behaviour.

  4. Step 04

    Approve the setup before activation

Review the approved business details and call policy before activating call answering. Provider compatibility and number routing determine which capabilities are available.
